I have been doing diets of many sorts for many years now, I have lost about 5stone some this trip began.
As soon as you stop these diets the body is like a sponge, absorbing every little bit of fat. This means on your return home you can put on the weight you lost over the past twelve months in two weeks.
I used to be a 9 stone marathon runner where you could see my ribs and other protruding bones. The wrong side of healthy for me but now my weight is double my old running weight, the wrong side.
Now I have these legs where they hurt continuously, give way or just refuse to work fully. So the exercise days of old are long gone.
I only want to lose 2 or 3 stone more but it is becoming a really hard fight. But it is one I really want to win and fight on I will.
