Midweek Mini’s meet on 10 June 2015

We met on the Viewpoint on Portsdown Hill in Portsmouth as usual. The journeying north easterly to the Red Lion, Chalton, PO8 0BG.

These pictures were taken at the  picturesque country pub which is one of the oldest in Hampshire, dating back to the 12th century. Surrounded by stunning countryside, The Red Lion has a reputation for its excellent pub food menu and deliciously fresh cask ales.

I couldn’t stay too long but the drive to the Red Lion was really nice around some beautiful countryside views away from the madness of everyday driving, just the way I like it!
